Notification Position

Please update the notifications banner in Windows 10 to allow users to choose what corner of the window these notifications will populate.  I am a day trader and the Discord notifications pop up right in front of my order confirmation buttons in TD Ameritrade.  That is one example but there are countless others where users would benefit from seeing the notifications in a different corner.  Other programs offer this and would be relatively easy to implement.  Thank you!
