New Feature Request For Discord. (And To Solve BD.)

This Is What I Asked To Discord:

"Hey Discord, Everyone on Discord Wanted The custom plugins and themes that BetterDiscord Has. There's Also More Things That BD Has But Most if not all wanted The custom plugins and themes, We'll Like To Have To Customize CSS As Well, But Limit That To Only The Really Customizing Themes, And Add Display Modes As Well, and maybe add some Emotes but if you want you don't have to make new Emotes. And Don't Limit It The Nitro Or Classic Users, But Do Let Them Have an Option To Make Some Themes Only Downloadable To Nitro Users And/Or Classic Nitro Users.
