This would be a feature that the server owner could use to allow users to create tickets. If they need support with a problem or need to report something they would go in to the support channel then when the users creates a new ticket it would message people that have the support role so they know that someone needs help. And then support can reply to any tickets that users have posted to the channel and decide on how to fix that problem. Then to close the ticket or do more investigation. Or if the users is reporting another user support will be able to deal with the problem and have a set of commands they can use to deal with that user.
