Premium Voice Locations

I think that Premium Nitro should have access to more voice regions.
The actual voice servers don't have to be large at all, as they only serve the minority of the community, but myself, as part of this minority would like to see more voice regions arriving to Discord.

Whether it is the middle eastern countries, such as Turkey or Israel and even a few locations in Oceania.

This could make a whole difference to voice quality for people living in these countries, and make the daily Discord experience much more enjoyable.
