Ignore calls from a specific dm

I think there should be an option in the "Mute DM" feature to also mute calls.
That helps in cases where there are a couple of friends in a DM group, and they live in different timezones.
To avoid cases like when you call your friends, and one of them is in school or something alike, I think this feature should be added.

The current DnD mode doesn't really help most cases, because if the user who is being called is offline, he will still receive the call.

I think either this feature should be added, or DnD mode will still apply even if the user is offline.
