Let us use our Paypal balance to purchase stickers

Requiring a credit card even for PayPal purchases is such an arbitrary restriction. I'd very, VERY much like to just use my PayPal balance.

Also, I only just activated my new card, and no amount of crying from my heart for those Robo Nelly stickers is gonna make verifying the card on PayPal go any faster.
