My discord profile does not look I play on Xbox

my discord profile is connected to xbox user and discord does not show my profile you are not playing xbox for some game. has been seen a few times but then when I have been playing for a long time then it only starts to show and the snap I stop playing and close the game so sit it still seems that I play even when the console is closed. (I just want my dc profile to show up when I play on Xbox)
