Discord only opens from System Tray, not taskbar

Since the last update [Stable 66695 (d31c628)] I am unable to open Discord from the taskbar, where it is pinned. However it can be opened by clicking on its icon in the system tray or from the start menu.

This is an inconvenience more than anything, but perhaps a bug.

  A restart has fixed the issue. At least for now.

  The same thing is happening to me and I have restarted my pc, reinstalled discord, ended the task, and using ctrl+r inside the app. So how did you restart it exactly, because opening it from the tray is really annoying.
