I am the only person that can’t acess my server.

I am the owner of a small server, yesterday something happened and it crashed. Because of this crash, I am the only server member who is unable to get on the server. everything else proceeds as normal though i can do DM’s and acess other servers  . the error message on the screen just had a generic “we are working on it” message. i was wondering if i could get some support in getting myself acess to my server again.
