Discord region can't change

Hello. My region in discord is Dubai

and i'm having problems to hear my friend in turkey

so i change my region to Europe or Russia so after he never can hear anything

and i can't put it back to Dubai

is that even smart?? and i just want to know why people after a while there voices start lagging ??

i think there's many problem you have to fix and adding dubai server to the list.
