[Suggestion] Rainbow Tag - New server boost feature

Hello! I think it would be nice to add new perk for Lvl 2 / 3 servers. And that new perk would be "ability to add rainbow tag". I think it would be really epic. And if you add that you would be able to little customize it (like it will change only from red to orange and back to red, or it will be fully randomised..). ^-^ -TopComp
