Set an option for roles to have the ability to ping roles below them

I've had a problem lately where I want a role to only be able to ping a specific role, though I cannot do that; only being able to ping all roles or none. Which doesn't make much sense in my opinion. This can be of great use to the community and I am simply dumbfounded that it hasn't become a feature yet. The reason why I say it doesn't make sense is not so much because I think its a good idea, but we have similar permissions already. For example, in the manage roles permission, members can edit roles lower than their own. So is it not hard to have a permission where "members with this permission can ping roles lower than this one" on discord? I think its a great idea and I hope it can be integrated into the service.
