Discord account disabled after making a nitro refund ticket.

Alright, I forgot to disable my nitro before the renewal date so I try to get a refund, after trying to get a refund, I find myself talking to a staff. The person said that I could refund and it would have to follow the refund policy which it did. After confirming I want to refund my nitro, my account was disabled. I then found two messages one saying I was banned for platform abuse???? The other was that they will escalate my nitro refund and I should wait until further response. I have no idea what happened and the staff said they would not reinstate my account. Here are a few screenshots. I also didn't receive any reply after the email that they would escalate my ticket for refunding nitro.
