Add an autocaption feature in audio and video streams?

Hi Discord team! I'd love to suggest a feature that allows listeners/watchers to turn on autocaptions for video or audio channels, similar to the feature offered in Google Meet Pro. 

I'm a mod in a lovely little Discord server where we read books aloud to one another. Folks log onto an audio stream and mute their mics while a reader makes their way through everything from a fantasy novel to an anti-racist text, with permission from authors and no recordings. Simultaneously, listeners use a text channel to chat about what the reader is hearing. It allows people to engage with texts they might struggle to read alone, and to find community under quarantine/lockdown. It's fantastic except for one thing - our d/Deaf and HoH friends and friends who struggle with audio processing can't join in the fun! 

The addition of an autocaption feature, even with imperfect results, would offer so much benefit to users, especially small servers, or indie patreon servers, who want to offer maximum accessibility to fans.
