Helping people with slow internet to load pictures faster

Hi discord, I have got an idea to help the people with poor connection and making them see pictures even if they have a bad internet and connection speed and lets start with the explaining how this thing should work, We want an option in the settings to change the quality of the images when presenting in conversations to give the user the preference to change the quality of the images according to the speed of his connection, such as the option to display the image in full quality or display the image in low quality, This feature will help many people and I am excited to have this Feature on the Discord app or website, And we would be so thankful if you did this.
