Be able to censor users PFP/status or both on client side

Lets say you are in a server along with IHateWater and their status is "Water Sucks and everyone who drinks it does too". And their PFP is a gun to a water bottle. And you are a huge water supporter and you find that particularly angry or offensive, but others may think its fine. For example, you could have an option to censor their status, avatar and username, and it would change it to something like UnicornLover5819 for example and then change their profile picture/avatar to the default profile picture or a random image like a unicorn or a puppy or a princess or something like that. It would only change it on your side, so nobody would know you censored it. There are a few people in a server I'm active in and their PFP/status are a little disturbing to me.
