Slide To Reply
The new reply feature is great, but long press and tap are a bit much for something one would use regularly. I think keeping the user side bar, something I would wager many less people use, relegated to a button is a perfect solution, freeing the gesture to be used with the reply button for a faster and more comfortable experience.
