Voice to speech while in game

The idea is to be able to make a hotkey which activates voice to speech in game so you can write while in a game, with an option in the user settings to change whether other People in the same voice channel can hear what you say or not. What would be nice as well is, to be able to tell discord to change Voice channels just by saying it.

    maybe in conjunction, a text to speech in voice chat for people who can't speak but can type
