Please help Wrong Account (nitro)

Thanks to the xbox game pass, a nitro friend gave me a nitro link and sent me the link, but when I click the link, it has been processed to the account that is open in the browser. (mobile) Sorry for my english i used translator

    Why can't they just simply move the nitro after confirming that both account is by the same person? :(
