Add channel function to DM

I think it will be more convenient and easier to use if DM can create channels similar to servers. So I want you to add that function. By doing so, you can paste the URL of the video you want to watch, or you can wait on the call channel without making a call like a server. So you don't have to make calls and get in the way when your friends are playing the game. From the above, I would be very happy if you could add a function that allows you to create channels even with DM.
