Let Nitro users use MP4 instead of GIF

While it is fun to use GIFs the main problem with GIFs is that they are inefficient. Their intention was to just work everywhere but seeing as how Discord is using Electron there is more or less no point to using GIFs over MP4.

I can take a cool 7MB MP4, turn it into a GIF and all of a sudden it's 20+MB which is well over the limit Discord allows.

I understand the main problem with allowing MP4's is that they can carry audio, but I'm sure the big brains over at the Discord HQ can come up with a quick way to strip the audio and use the video instead.

MP4 is just better in every way and should be used over GIF 100%.
