[suggestion] Block reason and a warning for blocking friends

i kinda wanna see a option or a warning that if u block someone they will need to select a reason on why they blocking someone
something like
"why are u blocking this user?"
1 is annnoying/rude
2 has attacked me or someone else i khow
3 spammer/scammer
4 user is speading NSFW content
5 someone told/forced me to
6 other
if then someone for example blocks someone and selects the reason "someone told/forced me to" they will be provided with a box into which they can tell which user asked them to block the user and a screenshot showing that user telling to block said user(the user who told or forced someone to block someone else will be reported then as it counts as spreading hate)  along with a hard to miss warning stating that blocking a user is strictly for personal reasons only (and not because someone else told them to)
if the user selects "other" they will be provided with a text box into which they can explain why

a other small idea i have is that if the user u are blocking is a Friend for quite some while (like a month or half a year) that there will be a warning stating that this user is a friend and blocking them might break there heart and if they really want to get through with this
