Special Music Channels

Voice Channels, but different.
Introducing: Music Channels!

Connect to a Music Channel (that can have music bots such a groovy or hydra in them) and listen to music, but also be able to join different voice channels. Ideally this would work across servers so you could join a vc in your private server and speak in a completely different server, but still listen to music. The bot could have its own little pop-up above or below the voice connected status where you could change the music, skip songs or change the volume. Simple, right?
