Deafen while being reachable via push to talk.

There should be a mode when in a voice channel to be deafened while still being reachable with a push to talk button on your name. For example, if I'm watching videos or whatever while my friends are in a game, i don't want to hear them talking with each other while allowing them to push the talk button on my name if they want to talk to me directly.
