Bug: Reply without mention get mention after editing

Like Said in the title, when you edit a message that reply to something, it activate the mention again, even if it wasn't on at first.

I tried this on computer. Also, reply ping doesn't highlight the text on phone for some reason.

(And I also tryied to look at the "how to submit a bug article" to do it properly but it only show how to help to reproduce bug through the tester discord and that website to check if it wasn't already submitted: https://bugs.discord.com/

This bug wasn't already submitted, had no bug where found with quary "reply mention")
