[Suggestion] Feature Suggestion - Explicit Media Scan Filter Log / Reminder Message
I'd like to have a message prompt displayed whenever the server filters out a media that is about to be posted via Discord's default media scan, as well as the option to generate a filter history log for admins and moderators for scan filter auditing.
Currently, when an image fails to be uploaded because it gets filtered, there's no upload failure message feedback telling the user why it cannot be uploaded and one might mistake it for inadequate internet connection. If there's an upload failure message telling the user that the image gets filtered because it might be an explicit content, the user would be able to move on to the appropriate channels easier than before (or ceasing to retry uploading it if there's no NSFW channel available). A simple message like "Image Upload Failure - Potential Explicit Media Detected" shown on either the screen or system direct message would suffice.
Optionally, having a filter history log that can be manually activated for moderators to keep track of server scan filter history, with time record of when the filter got activated and which member activated it included (but not the medias that got filtered) would make server auditing and member management much easier.
How's the idea? Would it be useful for better content management? Any additional idea that could improve this suggestion? Thanks.

I like the idea!
I just think that alerting the server team might be a privacy issue. So I would go with your suggestion that the respective person uploading an inappropriate file should get a message telling them the reason for the upload failure, and maybe hinting towards finding NSFW-flagged channels.<3
