Keybinds Reset Every Log Out

My keybinds keep resetting every time I log out of Discord. It only happens if I log out. PC restarts are not a problem. I have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, deleting the Appdata files each time. I've also used Revo Uninstaller to look for left over files and Norton utilities to make sure there were no remnants left in the registry. Running as administrator doesn't help (I shouldn't need to do that anyway). Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  Yea im expereincing this, i share my PC with my S/O and when ever she uses the PC my whole setup is default, why cant i have a cashe of my saved variables?
