an indicator to show there are new pinned messages on mobile

hey! this idea came to light to me earlier today, when people in a large server i'm in were unaware of new pinned messages (as this server pins rules). it would be really useful to have the pc's indicator on mobile, to make rule changes more clear, as most servers i'm in do pin a channel's rules.

i don't see any reason not to add this, but maybe people would think of reasons against it that i can't... it seems like a pretty simple yet effective idea, though!
