Place for Saved Images / Videos on Mobile

Can there be a specific place for Discord images to go on mobile besides downloads? Ex: Save an image on Twitter, it goes in your gallery as Twitter. Save an image on Discord, it goes in your gallery as Download. Could it instead create a Discord slot in your gallery?
