Drag and Drop of individual submissions between channels on a server

Hello code wizards.

I think it would be wonderful if users would be able to drag and drop their own comments between different channels (rooms?) on a server.

Say you post a thing that says OMG I love this picture (picture of the thing that's loved) in general chatter, and then you realize, that should have gone in the picture channel (room) for you to be able to drag your comment into a different room.

Not sure if this is a feasible/programmable thing to do, but it would be awesome.

Also for moderators to have the ability to do that to other people's posts, so instead of deleting them, they can move them where they need to go.
