Various versatility and quality of life additions for the quote feature.

So I've played with the quote feature a little, and I feel like it could use an addition or two to make it better.

I think that quoting someone's message should have a format of its own, so that you can't tamper with a person's words when quoting their message.

For example, if I were to right click someone's message and click quote, the quote would be copied. From there, I could right click the message bar in the desired channel or chat that I want to send the quote in, and click an option labeled "Send Quote". The quoted message would be sent in a format like this. You could also choose whether or not you ping the person you're quoting, if they're in the chat or channel in question.

This would also make sending quotes far more manageable, allowing you to send it between server channels, from channels to direct messages, etc.

I'd also love to hear some suggestions to add onto this idea!
