Logic gates for user and role mentioning

Let's say I am in a hypothetical server that is for my city, and I want to see if anybody wants to meet up with me downtown. If I were to post a message like:

  • Does anybody want to hang out? @downtown @meetup

That would ping everybody who has either the downtown role or the meetup role. This would anger a lot of people who do not fit both criteria.

 

If there were logic gates added for mentioning, it would be a lot more easy to mention specific groups. For example:

  • Does anybody want to hang out? @downtown AND @meetup
  • Does anybody want to hang out? @meetup NOT @outskirts

And so on. If no logic gate is specified, it functions like OR, much like it does now.

    I second this, this would be something really amazing to have, and to not have to implement it haphazardly in a bot or something...
