Please bring back the activity tab and get rid of this active now sidebar on the friends list

I used the activity tab all the time to keep up with game updates, and it also gave a place for this active now sidebar that we currently have on the friends list to not be a massive annoyance by taking up half the page.

  I second. Never use it and regularly purge friends' list. It's just wasting space. What about a toggle option in the settings to turn it on/off for those who do want it?

  indeed, is completely superfluous and an eyesore on the screen ! , a simple toggle option is all that is required ...
