A really long and disappointed feedback about the new overlay and every change with it

Your goal was to unclutter discord and while you partially succeeded with that, you've managed take numerous steps backwards at the same time. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember anyone asking for the "active now" tab. It's an eye sore, especially if you have numerous friends playing games. I see a lot of other people hate this new "active tab" feature so I'm expecting it to be removed soon but if it's not, please at least make it a toggle because I don't want to see it anymore. I remember signing in this morning and after discord updated, it was the FIRST thing that shot into my eyes and totally bothered me.

I also really dislike this new emoji instant react button that appears above chat. It's the worst because a lot of people keep accidentally clicking emote reacts and it's just annoying to everyone to see joy reacts on nearly every single message. Not only is it annoying and causes an eye sore but I feel like it really takes away from the point of using the add reaction button as a lazy alternative.

Besides the new emoji instant react button being annoying, the divider lines for messages were removed. Please, as someone with OCD I BEG of you to bring back them back because it looks like every single message is connected and it's such a bother to look at! Why was it removed?! Your goal was to remove clutter but with all of these changes, you made everything way more cluttered than it has ever been and now every single message looks like it's stuck together! Please revert all of these changes.

I know I came off as a little bit harsh and angry but I love discord with all my heart because it allows me to be myself unlike facebook or any other platform. I don't want to just stay silent again and let something else I love just destroy itself without trying to say something and make a change. I really hope all of these changes are reverted and in the future updates like this are really discussed with the community before they go live to avoid disasters like this.
