Suspentions.
Answer your damn tickets already stop sending automated messages out saying Hey we have your email and are working to fix it. Its been 3 days You guys stuffed up your automated system of detecting spam is rubbish i was sittin in voice chat listening to music. got logged out of account checked email said i was suspended for spamming. Had not typed anything in 7 hours Was in a game playing ark. Confused how i was spamming. Fix my damn account up stop ignoring peoples tickets when you guys are wrong.

Can almost guarentee this isnt the only person this has happened to after 1 google search it seems like there is 400 pages of unanswered tickets from discord ignoring the mistake they made with there anti spam auto trigger that bans peoples accounts up.
