IRCs /sound command

The IRC /sound command - is there a discord equivalent? 

My and my friends have been idling on QuakeNet for 19 years. In that time we amassed a silly amount of wavs and mp3s we like to sound to each other. There is a sound for every situation! Is there a discord function like this? Is there a way to add this ourselves? (As in a plugin or whatever)
