Silent Pings
To be clear, this isn't a suggestion of "make all pings without noise."
Silent pings in this suggestion would mean that I can right-click a user and select an option to make any user pings they send not give a noise or notification, without having to block them. I want to see their messages when I read through chat, but I do not want to be notified if they ping me directly.

I would love this. It’d also be nice if I could highlight a message yellow for someone without pinging them.
