Add Scroll Bar for sever list

Can you please add a scroll bar onto the server list for people that have a laptop and are not using a mouse as it is extremely hard to navigate between servers.

  I don't really use laptops that much, but on the odd occasion I am using a laptop for discord some of them quite frankly don't have trackpads that allow scrolling via 2 fingers. I think a scroll bar on the left side of the server list would be incredibly useful.

  Personally I think there should have been a scroll bar for the servers a long time ago. Seems like a huge oversight and for someone who is in several different servers and who prefers my laptop it’s very frustrating.
