NOBODY LIKES THE NEW UI

So now, say you want to send a message and then send an image. First you have to tap the message bar, then send your message with the glowing blue button that makes you feel like a five year old who doesn't know how to use buttons and needs the send button pointed out to him. After that, you want to send an image, so you tap the arrow which for some unknown reason exists, then you tap the image button.

Why? No, seriously, why? This is a terrible UI change, just like all the others recently, and yet here we are, constantly receiving new ones. They are jokes in my friend groups and countless others, but they are not funny jokes, they are just disappointing, sad jokes.

Discord, you are going to lose people if you keep doing this shit.

    Even worse, the image button brings you to the old one where they still have the in app camera tab. If you were going to make this awful change at least remove the in app camera tab from the image selection as to not be redundant (don't do this, just remove the arrow and everyone will be happy)

    i agree with the above comment. why add a camera button if the camera button still exists in the images button? its just weird and unhelpful.

    Neither the camera button is useful. It is not great, it should have a update, but they update everything but that. What is going on with those designers at Discord?

    I really like the changes to the UI. On my phone, it's much easier to use than it used to be.

    Ro-monster, tell me one way it's easier to use than before, all they've done is increase the number of buttons you have to click to do something.
