3D sound positioning!

It would be awesome to be able to set different sound positions per role or per user and push those sound setting to each user on the server. It would be awesome to make coms on FPS shooters more subtle and in the corner of the stage so you can hear footsteps better. It would make a huge difference in virtual table top games. 

An plugin that could add this functionality well. could make cross talk between two pairs of users work. It would make a huge difference when lobby sizes get large!
