Highlight user when they join a voice channel.

I have recently found it confusing when server members join an already populated voice channel as we would have to spend time trying to figure out who left and joined. It would be great to add somewhat of an indication of who joins the current voice channel you are in, with for example a highlighted border around usernames, that lasts for a few seconds when members click to join the voice channel (such as in the image attached below).

This would mostly go down better for servers with a high member count, and would be best if it could be disabled client-side wise.
