Desktop notifications on Linux are not properly escaped
If a message includes angle brackets, they are not properly escaped as HTML entities in Linux desktop notifications, meaning that with some notification daemons (such as Dunst) such messages will not be rendered properly. Additionally, the HTML markup could be used in previews by converting the markdown content of messages into the HTML markup described at https://developer.gnome.org/pango/stable/pango-Markup.html/.

Still not fixed as of Stable 93033 (38018b9).

It's more than just angle brackets.

This is still relevant today, on Ubuntu for example, with single quotes.

Is there any temporary fix we can do from the OS side, instead of Discord? Or maybe BD plugins of some sort? Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS, Discord is the only app with notifications I've got this issue.
