Channel specific role hierarchy

So I have this cool idea about the channel specific role hierarchy system, to make things easier and imo better I think we should be able to re-arrange the order of channel specific roles (like the normal roles) making it so that one role is set to deny access to the channel and another role is set to allow access, so if someone has both those roles, the allow perms don't ovveride the deny perms, instead the role that is set the highest (only in that specific channel) is the one that overrides the other, this would especially be helpful when setting up mute roles and other things too.
