Add friend link + embed.

Just like joining servers, discord should have a link which gives you a screen just like the "Join Server" screen, but you can add a friend. This is good for websites, if you change your tag, just doing Add: Enebz#0001 wouldn't work.. Maybe something like:

https://discord.com/add/{userid} 

https://discord.com/add/501460926181015554

This way, you could link your user on a website.

Maybe even add embed (iframe) support for websites... A little card with some user info and an add-friend button.
