Ctrl+T Conflict

Recently, a key combo that I use frequently in my environment has been 'annexed' by Discord making it totally unusable for me. Ctrl+T (despite both Ctrl+F and Ctrl+S being unoccupied (Are you okay?)) has been assigned as some kind of Search function. Even after unassigning the key combo in the settings, it still opens up the search dialog, despite it telling me it's unassigned the built-in function. Even if I assign it a function, like "toggle streamer mode" it toggles streamer mode AND opens the search box.

The alternative to this getting fixed is me adjusting my workflow I've had for about 7-10 years. If I adjust myself, do I have any guarantee that another key combination isn't going to just get absorbed in some unalterable way in the future?
