Modified clients should be allowed as risk to use

Modified clients should be presented as risk to use instead of account termination.

It is stupid we need to risk our accounts to have a better theme, a feture to connect to multiple accounts logged in without logging out (this feture is in every social media I use) or useful moderation tools that could save time instead of having to run bot commands to get the same results. (Example seeing the creation date of an account by just looking at profile info)

My idea is to allow modified clients as risk to use and if possible make a modified client API so everytime an external program tries modding the client the client will show a message asking for password or 2fa and alert the user that modifying it is risky (also including a message saying that discord staff will never tell you to modify the client bla bla bla)
