Apply system, when?

I understand that you want to expand and be bigger then gaming, but I need an apply system, for real. I mean, I use discord for gaming - yeah I manage a guild - and I wish, or dream, to have an apply system on discord so its not anyone with a link who can join in. I need to first collect some data about the invitee (hey, its basic stuff like character name, frequency you play and which game you want to play with us) and second to make them read and agree with our rules.

I know discord for about 4 years. I know Guilded half a year... and it has this feature, but it still doesn't have infrastructure for my country as Discord has. Plz, I don't want to migrate my guild.
