Verification for "Allow direct messages from server members" on server side

This suggestion is to allow the server to either set a time required or custom API trigger to disallow people who join a said server to be able to use the "send messages to other player's in the same server" before going through a verification process. There has been a lot of issues with bots coming around to large communities and sending everyone on the server a private DM of another discord server to join (In my case, I own a Minecraft server, and there has been multiple reports of "bots" sending the exact same messages of joining another Minecraft server being sent to all my players). What I would really like to see in the future is a way for the server to "directly protect members" from receiving dms from unverified people
