Allow people to make and send custom themes to an official tab on discord, akin to Steam's steam workshop. Everything on there could be moderated by discord staff so nothing inappropriate would be added. Gray or white backgrounds are boring

  I think that is a cool concept that could be added, and I feel like this goes hand in hand with the newer suggestion too https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360072016172-Official-Discord-Theme-s
  Hopefully something can be worked out for a middleground between the two suggestions
