Push to Unmute / Toggle PTT

We have push to mute and push to talk.

I would like a push to unmute which imitates push to talk.

Mostly because I'm lazy, but it is quicker then going to settings to switch between PTT and voice activity.

This would let me use the toggle mute button alone to let me switch between PTT and voice activity. 

I guess a key binding to switch between Voice Activity and PTT would also do it.

    I'm told this is Toggle VAD in the settings.

    So it already exists.
